So here we go. To be honest, there are so many types of non-stick cookware out there that the bad outweighs the good. So, when I received the Swiss Diamond package I was ready to go through some cooking tests that would test my expectations from any high end pot or pan.
Swiss Diamond has the reputation of being the best out there and I would have to agree. The pans themselves have a nice weight, sturdy construction and when you start to cook the heat distribution is quit amazing. From a low simmer to searing meat, I had no problems
controlling the heat; with no hot spots.
The Swiss Diamond HD non-stick coating is amazing.

Trust me, I can cook and see the difference with these pans :-) I was impressed.
